Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment has been successfully received. The estimated preparation and delivery time is 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary due to order volume, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pick-Up
Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please wait for the “Ready for Pick-Up” confirmation before arriving and confirm your estimated arrival time.

Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Delizia Desserts and More is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, an order may not be changed, canceled, or refunded. Custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable once production begins.

Refunds and Order Issues
Because our products are made to order and are food items, all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photographs. Eligible resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Allergen Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies before placing an order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Product Appearance
Because our desserts are handcrafted, colors, decorations, size, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs displayed on our website.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing and paying for an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
